Ahmet Sungur was born in 1984 in Bursa. He is a professional advertising photographer who loves producing photographs that contain an element of life.
After graduating from the Printing department at Eskişehir Anadolu University, he worked in the advertising sector for many years. He strived to become an expert in color and printing within the advertising industry.
While working in the advertising industry, he continued to advance in photography through a seminar he received from BUFSAD in 2006. He worked in various photography groups and produced projects and exhibitions. In 2015, he began teaching Advertising and Fashion Photography courses as a lecturer at Faruk Saraç Design Vocational School. Between 2016 and 2020, he worked as a training and events coordinator at Fujifilm Turkey. He continues to work as an advertising photographer to this day.
Years later, he became the training coordinator at the association where he had received his photography seminar and served on the board of directors for 8 years. In his training sessions, Ahmet Sungur, who tries to teach breaking the rules of photography after learning them, produced photographs with a strong aesthetic quality for a while before entering a period of exploration and began working on street and portrait photography. While trying to capture photographs with a message and a purpose, he always sought an element of life in his photographs. These days, in addition to street and portrait photography, he is also working on conceptual photography.
