We want you to feel confident in every acquisition. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, the following terms apply.

14-Day Right of Withdrawal (EU Buyers)

Under EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, buyers within the European Union have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the artwork, without giving any reason.

Eligibility

To be eligible for return:

• The artwork must be in its original condition
• Original packaging and certificate of authenticity must be included
• Buyer must notify us within 14 days of delivery

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email returns@collecist.com with your order number and reason for return
2. We will respond within 2 business days with return shipping instructions
3. Pack the artwork in its original packaging
4. Ship using the carrier we provide (insured and tracked)

Return Shipping Costs

• Standard returns within 14 days: Buyer covers return shipping
• Damaged or misrepresented works: Collecist covers all return costs
• Defective certificate of authenticity: Collecist covers all return costs

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned artwork in original condition. Refunds are issued via the original payment method.

Damaged in Transit

If your artwork arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photographs of:

• The damaged artwork
• The original packaging (interior and exterior)

We will arrange replacement, repair, or full refund including return shipping.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return except in cases of damage or misrepresentation:

• Custom-commissioned works created specifically for the buyer
• Digital-only works after blockchain certificate transfer

Disputes

If we cannot reach an agreement, EU buyers may use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
