Ali Altınel

I was born in Turkey in 1984. My curiosity about art during my early education years was further strengthened when I entered the Architecture faculty in the 2000s. My interest in art increased even more with the basic design and art history courses I took at the faculty. In the artworks I created, my current artistic perspective emerged as a result of the blending of both my art education and technical education from architecture over the years. The architectural project applications, design and construction site work I was involved in over the years, and my paintings and exhibition work I carried out in parallel with these, matured my current perspective. Now, having reached a certain point in my profession, in my current situation, I have been able to devote even more time to art. Recently, I am reaching an even richer range of works by adding digital and acrylic painting techniques to my repertoire that started with charcoal and watercolor paintings. At the same time, since 2023, I have been actively maintaining a Youtube channel consisting of tips where I explain how to paint in order to help small artists and beginners.
