kzmcm-art is my Instagram account. Painting is like living. I feel like I'm breathing. I paint first for myself. It's not finished until I say it's finished. In each of my paintings, I understand how vast our world of imagination is. An endless creativity. I love discovering this too. Painting is, in a way, our memory. The things in the suitcase of everyone who paints. I'm transferring what's in my suitcase onto the canvas.

I was born in 1960 in İzmit. I completed my primary, middle, high school, and university education in İzmit. I was a classroom teacher. Later, I transitioned to teaching art. I retired in 2004. I worked in public schools for 25 years. My interest in painting emerged during my high school years. My first oil painting was the İzmit clock tower, which I painted in my second year of high school. Afterward, I kept myself constantly occupied with painting. Charcoal drawing, watercolor. But most of all, I painted in oil. I greatly enjoyed doing portraits. Most of my paintings are portraits. I have many portraits. I have been painting for 55 years. I always spend my time mixing colors and discovering faces. Human faces are fascinating. How much they change depending on one's emotional state. I expressed this in one of my paintings. I placed human faces in various emotional states on a large canvas. Among them are Cevat Kurtuluş (the veteran supporting actor of Yeşilçam), queens, and clowns. While painting, I feel as though I am looking through the same window as that person. At my exhibitions, I wonder about my visitors' thoughts and ask them. I had personal and mixed painting exhibitions. I am still working in my studio at home. I also love sculpture. I have busts in the form of sculptures.
