Dilara Gürler Şahin

I completed my undergraduate education in 1996 at Atatürk University, Department of Art Teaching. The same year I was accepted for graduate education. In 1999, I completed the Master's Program at Atatürk University Institute of Social Sciences with my thesis work titled 'Visual Reflection of Existentialist Philosophy'. Between 2000-2014, I worked as a visual arts teacher in educational institutions affiliated with the Ministry of National Education. Tekirdağ Fine Arts High School Visual Arts Teaching is my last place of duty. Since 2010, I have been serving as vice president of the 'Fon Art Group'. I took part in exhibition and catalog works organized by our group. I opened 4 personal exhibitions and 25 group exhibitions throughout Turkey and participated in the 1st International Izmir Biennial. My works are featured in various catalogs and on the websites of art platforms. In 2020, in the painting competition titled 'About Humans' organized by Grup Sanat Gallery; I received the exhibition award with my work titled 'Istanbul'. He has participated in over twenty mixed exhibitions in Ankara, Istanbul, Izmir, and Erzurum provinces and has opened 4 personal exhibitions.
