F. Neriman ŞAİROĞLU

About the Artist F. Neriman Şairoğlu is an Istanbul-born painter and art educator. In 1993, she graduated from Marmara University Atatürk Faculty of Education, Department of Painting-Teaching with the Dean's Achievement Award. After her undergraduate education, she continued her master's education at the same university within the Institute of Social Sciences in the Main Art Branch of Painting-Teaching; she completed the program in 1996 with her thesis titled "Factors Directing Turkish Painting Art from the Republic to the Present." Between 1996-1998, she pioneered the establishment of Pur ART Art Gallery in Caddebostan; within the gallery, she realized eight solo exhibitions of contemporary artists. In 1997, she established her own painting studio, adding a special dimension to art education, and through her studio work that she has continued uninterrupted from that day to today, she has realized many group exhibitions together with her students.
