Hülya Topaktaş

1966Turkey / Born in Çorum. Due to his interest in art, he opened his own workshop in 2004. He is a member of Antalya Artists Association, Antalya Fine Arts Association. He graduated in 2018 as second in the Painting Department of Akdeniz University Faculty of Fine Arts and fourth in the faculty. H. Topaktaş, who completed his master's degree in 2025, continues his work in his own workshop (Abstract Art Painting Workshop). takes his subject from the dialectic of "life and death". He defines his works as the adventure of existence in the face of the reality of human finitude. Art is also a tool in this struggle. Inspired by traumatic events experienced (earthquake, war and social problems, etc.) Topaktaş sees his works not only as aesthetic production but as a resistance that witnesses his age. Due to his interest in art and nature, he questions and interprets human existential anxieties from a philosophical perspective.

The artist who has opened ten personal exhibitions (Antalya, İstanbul, Adana) participated in over 200 group exhibitions.
