I am an artist who produces work in the fields of ceramics, painting and sculpture. My production practice is shaped around the concepts of form, void, memory and space. In my works, I treat material not only as a tool, but as an active component of the process; I explore the tension between the fragility and massive power of ceramics. Organic forms, textural surfaces and internal voids are the fundamental carriers of narrative in my works.
While continuing my personal production in my own studio, I also organize workshops and trainings in the fields of ceramics, painting and sculpture. I structure my education and production processes through experience, intuition and contact, beyond technical transfer. I value producing together with participants, discovering the boundaries of material together and sharing the process.
The concepts of shelter, threshold and trace frequently recur in my productions. I treat void not as a deficiency; but as a space of meaning, memory and transformation. My interdisciplinary approach is nourished by the relationship I establish with different techniques and surfaces, while in each of my works I open space for the process guided by the material.
I work in the fields of ceramics, sculpture and painting. The concepts of form, void and memory are central to my works.
While continuing my ceramic production in my own studio, I also give ceramic workshops and training.
Intuition, tactility and the natural reactions of the material hold an important place in my production process. Through organic forms and textural surfaces, I explore how void can also be a space of narrative and existence.
• I organize workshop studies and workshops in the fields of ceramics, painting and sculpture.
• I conduct production and experience-focused ceramics, painting and sculpture activities for adults.
• I carry out interdisciplinary workshop studies where different materials and techniques are used together.
