Born in Istanbul in 1960.
She entered Marmara University Faculty of Fine Arts textile design department with first place and graduated in 1983. In 1988, she received a pedagogy certificate from Marmara University Faculty of Education. In 2008, she received a fashion collection designer certificate from Milan Domus Academy. She took part in industry and education fields for many years.
In her works, she blends different concepts and produces around themes established through complementary or contrasting relationships; she mainly focuses on the women's theme.
The artist, who has participated in many domestic group exhibitions, leaves the analysis and synthesis of her works, which she creates with semi-abstract approaches within colors, textures, symbols and concepts, to the viewer.
