Zeynep Aydın

"I am Zeynep Aydın, an artist who works with acrylic paint technique on canvas. In my art, I try to establish both aesthetic and emotional balance, and I also focus on leaving a powerful impact that disturbs the viewer, makes them think, or takes them on an emotional journey." In my paintings, I primarily use acrylic paint, but I also incorporate gouache and spray paint when I want to create bright and vibrant effects. In my drawings, I usually establish a dark and emotional atmosphere. Additionally, by adding song lyrics on top of my paintings, I deepen the visuality and emotional expression, supporting the story I want to tell. I love creating a strong contrast between the brightness of vivid colors and the darkness of the characters I draw, thus aiming to take the viewer on a mental journey that makes them think.

I am a 3rd year student at Dokuz Eylül University Faculty of Fine Arts, Traditional Turkish Arts.
