Classic cars, which have formed their own identity over time, taking on a unique character with their models, features, and many details, carry a historical document quality as they take us along on a journey while we observe them. Classic cars reflect the lifestyles, cultures, and art movements of past eras through their designs. Beyond being nostalgic, they take the viewer on a mental journey from their personal memories to the present day, leading them back to their own archives. In today's social life, cars make human life easier and allow time to be brought under control. When we observe them within the relationship of time and space, we discover different landscapes within the touches of history reaching into the present. The brilliance of metal in "classic cars," which makes us feel its effect deeply, brings together the symbolism of the lotus flower's rebirth and the reflection of water. When looking at the works, the viewer finds themselves in the depths of form, color, and brushstrokes.
Perspectives deepening within dense nature and vegetation emphasize the contrast between humans and man-made objects. This contrast transforms into a relationship in which each defines the other.
With their conceptual and experimental approaches, in this exhibition;
The brilliance of metal, water, plants, and light is conveyed to the viewer within a kind of part-whole relationship, creating intense emotional experiences.
