Star Collector, this ceramic bowl, part of the “Ash, Water, Clay Series,” is made of clay and glazed with copper and cobalt minerals. Both its exterior and interior surfaces are covered with star symbols, referencing collective archaic symbolism that echoes early human attempts to understand the cosmos. The vessel carries a layered, luminous surface in which material and sign converge, evoking a sense of shared ancestral memory. Grounded in the earth yet oriented toward the celestial, it becomes a contemplative object where primitive expression and cosmic imagination gently meet.
