Information-Adding Artwork
1. Artwork Images At least 10 artwork images must be uploaded. To create a 3D exhibition, this number must be completed to at least 26 artworks.
2. Artist Text At least 1 text must be added. This text should be a statement of 400–800 characters in length that conveys the artist's intent, production line, or context.
3. Artwork Descriptions Technical information (material, dimensions, date, technique) and a brief content description must be added for each artwork. This field must be filled carefully so that collectors and viewers can establish a meaningful connection with the work and make purchasing or exhibition decisions in a healthy way. Missing artwork information directly weakens the overall impact of the profile.
4. Profile Photo and Background Image A profile photo representing the artist and a wall/background image to be used on the profile page must be uploaded. Both images should be prepared with a strong compositional understanding.
5. Technical Quality of Artwork Images Images must be carefully taken. The artwork should be photographed straight and from the front, with proper framing; frames should not appear in the image. Background, backdrop, or compositional elements other than the artwork should not be visible in the frame. Wrinkles, unbalanced light, or incorrect exposure are not acceptable; technically readable images must be provided in terms of clarity, framing, and lighting.
Profiles that do not meet these criteria are given "draft" status in the system after a certain period and become invisible in showcase areas.
