Arachne

Arachne claims to have a superior weaving ability than Athena and belittles her. They decide to have a weaving contest and Arachne wins. However, the subjects depicted in the weaving anger Athena, and she transforms Arachne into an eight-legged spider hanging from a tree in her own web.
