Ali Fuat Koç

I am a graduate of Marmara University, Faculty of Fine Arts, Textile Main Art Department, Class of 1986. With my years of experience in textile design, printing techniques, and "art production"; I have tried to reflect the aesthetic unity of Color, Texture, and Form in my productions. With the influence of my educational years that began on the foundation of the "Bauhaus School", in my understanding of art, I aim to reinterpret the memory of traditional techniques with a modern aesthetic. In my Oil Painting works in Antalya, where I have been living since 2000, the productions I develop through surface design bring together both the refinement of craftsmanship and the originality of contemporary art. Each work is the result of expressing the dialogue between material, time and emotion through intuition.
