Born in Istanbul in 1993, child of a Kosovo immigrant family, artist, graphic designer, Oğuzhan Üstün.
While shaping my life with my artist and graphic designer identity, my acquaintance with painting began in my childhood years. As I discovered my creativity from a young age, my journey that started with charcoal evolved sequentially to watercolor, acrylic, and ultimately oil painting techniques. This development process gave me the opportunity to experience the possibilities offered by different mediums and I had the chance to take part in various exhibitions with my oil paintings. Although my style is generally intertwined with surrealism, I particularly love integrating orientalist motifs and creating landscape compositions in my works; these elements serve as a bridge reflecting my connection to my roots and my imagination.
My areas of expertise include; Graphic Design (digital and print), 2D Animation, 3D Design and Modeling (stands, backdrops, etc.) and Video Editing work.
I was born in Istanbul in 1993. For the past three years, I have been managing the graphic design, video editing, animation and 3D stand modeling processes for tourism fairs of adonis.com and its affiliated brands. In this context, I took an active role in the Arabian Travel Market event held in Dubai in the field of fair design and organization. Additionally, I undertook the design processes of various printed promotional materials such as backdrops, spider stands, flyers, table flags for fair and workshop organizations carried out by our company in Istanbul, Antalya, Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia and Saudi Arabia.
For three years, I worked within our company's Digital Marketing Department; in addition to workshops and tourism events, I was responsible as a team for all visual design processes of our affiliated hotels La Quinta by Wyndham Güneşli and Days Inn by Wyndham İstanbul Bomonti brands. Furthermore, I actively continue the advertising and design work of the Adios Tour brand established within the company.
In my freelance graphic design (digital and print) projects; I provided services to many well-known brands, primarily Doruklara.com (Fenerium product supplier), Private Rumeli Hospital, Private Doğa Hospital and Yıldırım Mayruk (perfume brand). Besides this, I also took an active role in the design processes of various brands operating in different sectors.
Alongside my professional graphic design career; my artistic production process, which began with charcoal portraits and amateur caricature work, has developed over time with different techniques and materials; recently it continues primarily with oil painting work. In this context, I had the opportunity to exhibit my oil paintings "Dark Dance" (50×70 cm) in the exhibition called "Compression" and "Pumpkins" in the "Colorscape" exhibition.
