COLLECIST Artwork Upload Criteria and Publication Standards This document is binding for all artist profiles published on Collecist. An artist who creates a profile is deemed to have read and accepted the following conditions. Collecist establishes a space between artist and collector that is free of intermediaries and commissions. The value of this space is directly proportional to the quality of the works it hosts. The platform is obligated to ensure that every profile it represents maintains a standard above a certain threshold. For this reason, the following criteria are not advisory in nature. If they are not met, removal from publication and suspension proceedings will be applied to the profile and artworks. I. Mandatory Conditions for Publication 1. Artwork Images A minimum of 10 artwork images must be uploaded for the profile to be published. For the right to create a 3D exhibition, this number must be completed to at least 20 artworks. 2. Artist Statement At least 1 text must be added. This text must be a statement of 400–800 characters in length that conveys the artist's intent, production line, or the context in which they work. Copied, auto-generated, or content-free filler texts will not be accepted. 3. Artwork Descriptions Technical information (material, dimensions, date, technique) and a brief content description must be entered completely for each artwork. The collector's ability to form a meaningful connection with the work and to make a sound decision regarding purchase or exhibition depends on this field. Incomplete artwork information not only weakens the impact of the profile; it also prevents the artwork from being displayed in showcase areas. 4.
