Moonlight

Application with oil paint sticks on 80×60 cm canvas. Sometimes I withdraw into my sleep to distance myself from the noise of the collective consciousness. The symbols and feelings that appear in my dreams speak to me in another language; I follow them and descend into the depths of my own inner world. I stay there for a while, absorbing what I see, then return to creation. Perhaps in some periods, sleep is not merely rest for me; it is a threshold I pass through to remember, to transform, and to create.
