This installment of the series conveys the balance between delicacy and strength within the queen's inner world through the symbolism of spring. The blossoming branches (sakura/spring branches) and freely soaring birds that accompany the composition lend the work a melancholic spring atmosphere. The birds represent the queen's longing for freedom and her silent thoughts that cannot be reflected onto the outside world.
This work, which preserves classical aesthetics through its texture on Hahnemühle paper, reinterprets the emotion of the past through today's digital vision.
