the work transforms the face into a psychological and emotional expression space by consciously distorting figurative representation within the framework of abstract expressionism. It is realized in 80 × 100 cm dimensions using mixed technique and oil paint on canvas. The face is treated as a structure that questions fixed and consistent self-perception by being removed from being a descriptive identity indicator, showing variability depending on time and emotional state. In this context, the work aims for a direct and intuitive transmission of subjective experience, moving away from aesthetic harmony and representation concerns; it invites the viewer not to recognize the face, but to confront the emotional intensity revealed on the surface.
