In my oil painting still life work, I created a strong light-shadow effect with pumpkin, grapes, apples, lemon and pitcher placed against a dark background. While the distribution of light on the objects enhances the sense of volume and depth, the wooden table surface texture and natural colors of the fruits give my composition a realistic atmosphere. It is a simple and balanced work of mine.
