BEGINNING: Choosing to return rather than produce...
Pulling apart, unraveling, leaving the surface behind...
Because every form carries a memory that came before it.
The difficult thing is to return to the beginning

Beginning is not the first state of something.
It is that moment not yet completed, not yet decided.
This work chooses to go back rather than produce.
By unraveling, by dissolving, by leaving the surface behind.
Because every form carries a memory that came before it.
Thread here is not a material, but a remembering.
What makes fabric possible, what keeps the body upright,
invisible but determinant.
Beginning does not have to be orderly, clean or clear.
It is scattered, fragile, but alive.
It carries the possibility of coming together.
This manifesto believes not in what is completed,
but in what is in the state of becoming.
Because existence is felt most at the beginning.
Thread / Body / Memory
Thread is one of the materials closest to the body.
It touches the skin, follows movement, holds traces.
Over time it bends, softens, remembers.
Every thread holds a touch.
A tension, a weight, a state of repetition.
This is why memory exists not only in the mind, but in the material itself.
In this work, threads abandon wrapping the body
and approach the body's inner order.
Like DNA threads; invisible but determinant.
The resulting structure is not a silhouette of a body,
but the body's way of remembering.
Scattered, broken, but still together.
Memory here is not fixed.
It stretches, dissolves, reconnects.
Just like the body.
