THRESHOLD
TR
This work reminds us that the line between inside and outside is not fixed.
This surface, made of waste leather and waste fabrics, does not represent a door; it represents the place where one pauses before crossing, the threshold.
The prominent stitch marks on it are left not to hide the flaw, but to make the repair visible. Because every crossing leaves a trace.

Threshold is a collection that brings together the silent histories carried by materials defined as waste.
Waste leather and waste fabrics are not treated as objects of aesthetic improvement in these works; they are handled as surfaces that carry displacement, intervention and traces. Stitch marks are not deliberately concealed; on the contrary, each connection point is made a visible part of labor, repair and decision.
This work repositions objects rather than "reproducing" them.
The boundary between what is taken in and what is left outside is reconsidered in each work. Threshold is not a door here; it is a surface where one stops, looks and decides before crossing.
Each piece suggests that value can be established not in purity or perfection; but in what has been intervened, left traces and carried.
Threshold aims not at transforming waste, but at questioning the concept of waste itself.
