Metamorphosis: Self-Creation

TR
This artwork seals the moment when a woman completely withdraws into her own inner world, breaking away from the judgmental, restrictive, and dictating gaze of the outside world. The blue butterfly wings covering her face represent the perception of a soul preparing to emerge from its cocoon; no longer looking outward, she fixes her gaze upon her own limitless potential. While traditional lotus symbolism focuses on rising from the mud, in this artwork the process evolves in a different direction: "I was not swallowed by mud, but by fire, and sank into the abyss. And I was born not from ashes, but directly from within myself." The fiery red and purple lotus blooming at the center below represents deeply rooted strength, passion, and the power of pure will in building one's existence from nothing. It serves as a significant turning point that unites the wounded past (Part One) with full confrontation and fragmented wholeness (Part Three).
