Adrenaline, produced using mixed technique and acrylic in dimensions of 40×29.5 cm, is an electric composition that carries its title not only conceptually but also physically. The title is not an emotion, but a hormone. Adrenaline comes from the body, involuntary and instantaneous — that chemical spark that stimulates the entire system all at once in the face of danger, excitement, or surprise. This work makes you feel exactly like that: not controlled, but triggered; not planned, but exploded. The wide salmon-pink area at the top of the composition carries the prelude to this sudden discharge. Calm, textured, and almost silent, this ground is that tense moment of waiting when adrenaline has not yet been released — the millisecond when the pulse rises but movement has not yet begun. When this silence combines with the explosion in the lower part, the work's strongest tension emerges: before and after exist simultaneously, on the same surface. The lower part is adrenaline itself. Red, navy blue, orange, green, yellow, and white forms cover the entire surface by cutting, pushing, and transforming each other. No form is completed, no line advances without pause. This visual chaos overlaps one-to-one with the bodily experience of adrenaline: the heart accelerates, muscles tense, perception sharpens, and everything is felt much more intensely at the same time. Looking at this lower half of the work evokes an almost physical sensation. Halftone bands play a particularly defining role in this work. These print textures appearing both at the top and in the lower part point to the mediatic and cultural dimension of adrenaline — the artificial excitement culture constantly pumped by action films, advertisements, and modern life. But the adrenaline in this work is not artificial; it is body-sourced, internal, and inevitable. The white and light gray masses at the center create a surprising focal point within all this chaotic energy. This area is where the eye pauses for a moment, where breath is held — symbolizing that strange moment of clarity at the peak of adrenaline. That fragile moment when everything paradoxically becomes clear right in the middle of danger or excitement. Adrenaline translates the body's most primitive and most honest reaction into canvas language. The work invites the viewer not to analyze, but to feel — and every viewer who accepts this invitation senses a slight reflection of their own adrenaline within themselves while looking at the canvas.
