The textural structure of the portraits in the Newborn series is intended to be depicted as an organic membrane, like a cocoon. The birds dancing around the consciousness that opens its eyes to a new world emphasize the fine line between nature's cycle and the fragility of life. The newborn portraits represent not only a new life but also the hope of a future surrendered to nature's compassionate arms.
This work, which preserves classical aesthetics with its texture on Hahnemühle paper, reinterprets the emotion of the past with today's digital vision.
